The beds might be new but they are rock hard...the two fabric chairs in our room are filthy...the card activated elevators are very difficult to use especially when your hands aref ull wiht lugggage etc. Overall if you can not provide a comfortable bed for your guests don't call yourself a Hotel...won't be back ... more

Do not stay here

horrible probs - with room cards not working, elevator not working, booking online and not having it come through - ended up not knowing if we will be charged twice - staff doesn't really care - they just shrug it off. And other guests going by as we are having probs are telling me not to stay here and never come here again. Worst experience I've ever had.

I am giving this hotel a three because it was very nice to stay in it had lots of space and it was very clean. BUT DO NOT LOOSE OR LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND it is almost impossible to get back. I have been calling there everyday for three weeks and they still have not sent me my lost item!
