Good hairdresser, horrible service!

Absolutely furious with their service. Their politeness is fake. Once they realized that one will never go back there because of so many mistakes, the rudeness comes out and my is it rude!

I've been back in Montreal for 2 months now after a 4 year absence. I've been looking for a good hairdresser for me ever since. I must say that I'm still looking.The salon is very nice looking. I went here because of the rave reviews on yelp, and saw Stephan, a master stylist... they have three levels of stylists, and master was the highest (and most expensive!) I wanted the opinion and precision the title master stylist suggests, and I got exactly what I wanted. it was a bit pricey, but I thought it was totally worth it. I didn't know if I should go short or long or what style would... more
