Arrogant and Selfish Doctor

It says clearly walk in on his office and his assistants know that I was a walk in patient. I waited for 45 minutes with an appt. no poblem but his assistant called me at the front desk saying I need to sign some papers. I asked what is on the papers, they said nothing every pateint signs it. I read and it says to change my family Doc to him. I refused to sign the papers and his assistant went and talked to him. He told his assistant I refuse to see her. It was -15 outside and I had a severe broncitis and I had to walk for 20 minutes to see him. He's immoral and is cheating all the elderly patients as none of them usually know English and they go see him because he understands their language. His degree and practise should be taken away
