Key broke off inside the Medeco lock on our front Door

It was Friday, December 30th and we couldn't get out the front door.
I looked up locksmiths on 411.ca, Google and Homestars. I called 3 different locksmiths, got 3 different prices, and 3 totally different attitudes.

front door lock
December 06, 2010My front door lock was sticking and I called the company and they made an appointment for that day. They called before they came like they said they would. They showed up on time. The repair was done quickly. Very pleased with the work.

Lock repair on commercial door
November 19, 2009Norman, the owner, and his assistant Curtis arrived on time and methodically checked the locking mechanism in the panic bar. Not only did they fix the problem, they found and fixed a problem (bottom spindle not dropping down far enough) we didn't know we had. Norman clearly explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it.
