Disappointed
October 27, 2009We bought 8 windows from Rusco and were told they were guaranteed for life. One is poorly installed and has fallen out on my head. Three others are fogged up and you can't even see out. When we called to have someone come and repair them we are told it will take at least 6 weeks, and the guarantee? Well the glass is guaranteed but the labour IS NOT and we will have to pay more for these... more
