This changed names to 'The Bridge Eatery

Rubbs is the same as the Bridge Eatery. One of the best places to eat in Campbellford. Great food, reasonable prices.

Not the cleanest place. Didn't even enjoy the food. But then we didn't order ribs. Pulled pork sandwich was runny and not tender.

We looked forward to our once a year visit and it was closed. Replacement restaurant seems like trendy "public" coffee house with very limited menu. I have learned to call ahead when we visit the area because restaurants depend on seasonal business and commonly fail.
