SML has a very good no questions asked policy. Other places seem to make inquiries about photocopying 1000 page packs of documents for students; SML stays open 23 minutes after closing time (10pm I believe) to make sure those last couple hundred pages get printed.The rates for photocopying are far cheaper than the FedEx place across the street. My only issue with that copy place on Broadway's pricing is that it charges a minimum of $1 if you print using a computer. http://www.weblocal.ca/sml-business-ltd-vancouver-bc.html This place is ridiculous! He promises the world when trying to get your business. He produced the worst business cards I've ever seen. The actual cards did not match the proof and he kept making excuses for it. At the end of the day, he wouldn't stand behind his product. An awful place to do business with. Would never suggest that anyone go there! Even if this was the last printer left. You're better off with a pen and a piece of paper. http://www.weblocal.ca/sml-business-ltd-vancouver-bc.html Unfriendly and rude service.  Prices don't seem to make much sense... for example, computer B&W printing is 5 cents per page for single sided, 10 cents per page for double sided (though you will not see digital printing prices posted anywhere, so that in itself is quite ambiguous).  The printers are very slow to print from the computers.  It took an hour for me to print 250 double sided pages which were from relatively small PDF files.  I would not go here again.  The place just next door has a student rate of 5 cents per page for double-sided B&W digital printing... go there instead! http://www.weblocal.ca/sml-business-ltd-vancouver-bc.html More than graphic design SML does printing.  Yep, good old fashioned photocopying.  What I like about this place is that it is conveniently located (across from Kinko's), the service is great, and it's cheap.  I went here instead of across the street for some printing I needed done, and it was lovely not to have to wait in line, and then fight for attention.  So, cross the street and you'll be happier!
