<title>AMAZING JOB DONE WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS &#x26; PORCELAIN FLOORS</title>

<description>We had our kitchen renovated and chose BMG to supply and  install new granite countertops, new marble backsplash and new porcelain floors.  We had a difficult time choosing the right colors, but with the help of Carlo and his staff, we are very happy with the results.  They also had a great selection of kitchen faucets and sinks ! We highly recommend this company because they are very knowledgeable and patient with their clients.</description>

<title>UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE</title>

<description>I would NEVER send anyone to this store. We had our small powder room done by them. The installer left it all uneven. Very messy job. The owner was angry with us for wanting it redone. Finally agreed. When completed, by same installer who we didn&#x27;t want again but the owner insisted that we &#x22;give him a chance&#x22; to fix the problem, it was slightly better but not professionally done and we thought we could live with it until a month and a half later, still without toilet or vanity installed, just from walking on it and due to the lippage, a tile broke at the corner.  Several tiles have lippage.  We asked the owner to come and look at it since he is only 10 minutes away.  He said he&#x27;s not interested in seeing the job.  He said he will NOT stand behind his 1 yr warrantly because it&#x27;s been &#x22;3 months&#x22; according to him.  It&#x27;s only been 1 1/2 months but he says I still took too long to call and that the installer isn&#x27;t with him anymore so he can&#x27;t do anything.  Says he&#x27;s lost too much money on the job.  Told me to go ahead and take him to court. After the first time it was done, both my husband and I, during separate conversations, told the owner, Carlos, that we didn&#x27;t want the same installer and wanted our money back and we would get someone else to do it.  He refused saying he was losing money.  Today he said he would have been glad to give us our money back and that he didn&#x27;t refuse before. Right after the job was completed a 2nd time, I also told him he was welcome to come and see the finished product.  He has refused 3 times.  Obviously not interested in quality of work being done by his employees, only interested in getting people&#x27;s money.</description>
