Had to evacuate the building, lots of confussion to what was going on. The front desk made an annoucement but took awhile to let everyone know there wasn't a fire in the building. You can tell the hotel is old as the doors and ceilings in the room had paint chipping off, and the bathroom vanity/bathtub was old and should be updated. But other than it showing it's age, it was comfortable and everything that we needed. I was very happy when we arrived as when I booked, they only had a room with 2 double beds, but we got in the room and it had a king size bed. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it. But if we were smokers we would of loved it even more. The room was a great size and very nicely up to date. The only thing that was a damper was parking. The bed was excellent. It can either make or break my opinion in regard to the specific hotel in question. The customer service/ front desk staff/ manager was absolutely dreadful and that ruined my entire experience.
