He needs to learn how to interact withthe public or more poor reviews like this will surface. I was reffered to Kaltire but now the major company that referred me will do business next door at Fountain Tire. There goes some of kaltire's fleet tire sales good job great work hiring that guy real swift..... He was the broken hand guy btw. Lesson one in customer relations , listen and if you have a different opinion try not to insult the customer by telling them they are wrong when they may actually be right. I found tires for the price I mentioned had them installed at Canadian tire. Just like I mentioned and was told was not possible so not only was this sales rep a jerk but he is also a liar.
