The real meaning of bed and breakfast

This was our first experience in a B&B, and we decided not to visit one again.
There was not service at all!!! As the name says, there was a bed, and there was breakfast.
The website says that you will fell like a king.. We felt like we paid a lot to stay in someone’s house.
