there was a ngreat exhibit on at the museum we decided to take in. Lots of things to see, several floors of wall to wall. It was very good

It's a shame but this is not worth the cost of admission once you get in the door there is not a lot to do. Very dated building poor food choices and attraction have not been changed in years

Having been most impressed by the Royal British Columbia Museum in Victoria, B.C., I was prepared to be singularly unimpressed by the RAM. Au contraire: The Wild Alberta exhibit is breathtaking - the dioramas fusing taxidermy and almost magical landscape painting were stunningly real. The Aboriginal History Gallery was informative and powerful - and deeply respectful of First Nations culture.... more
