A popular spot for good reason
This restaurant is almost always crowded. The food is good, plentiful, and reasonably priced. It attracts families with children, so don't eat here if the voices (and occasional cries) of little children annoy you. Don't expect anything fancy, but expect to leave satisfied.

June 17, 2014For a road side diner, the Irving Route 1 Diner is a good place to go anytime. I've been there for breakfast in the morning and in the evening and it is always good and served quickly. I love there Turkey Club wrap platter and they have good burgers. Certain days are "all-you-can-eat" fish. Its a good feed. The servers... more

Very disappointed
March 23, 2014Stopped for lunch...ordered...server went for a smoke...never did get our drinks...waited 25 minutes for lunch...people who came in after had their lunch before...not impressed..liked eating there but will think twice..had to remind her we did not get our drinks as she tried to charge us for them..:(

October 13, 2013It is what it is... no surprises from your typical road side eatery. Something for everyone... from light lunches to heartier dinners. Club house sandwiches, fish and chips, roast turkey dinners, and breakfast all day.
