Nowadays most hotels offer free wifi. Here they charge you $5 per DEVICE for 24 hours. You have to phone the front desk and get a code. Otherwise you can use your credit card online but my husband did that for his computer and ended up paying $10 for 3 hours. We have 3 computers with us, some for work purposes, 2 ipads, 1 iPod and 1 iPhone. We want them all to be on the internet but aren't... more

I like the Rosedale. Good Value for Downtown. Needs free internet tho. They've never let me down with Canucks tix, when I've needed them.

Terrible service food unable to eat

The staff is rude and could care less about service, the food terrible and expensive for what they serve. Would never stay here or recommend to friends.Many nicer places to stay where they are happy to serve.
