The staff is amazing. They even carry my hard to find size of women's 11-12. When I went in this week, the woman knew my size and that there were limited choices so she brought out like 10 different pairs. She wasn't rushing or anything. Super kind and patient. Every year my best friend and I go on a holiday and we need different kids of shoes for the trip and the first thing that comes to mind is Ronsons, however, we came back year after year disappointed. We seem to never learn our lesson clearly.

I agree that there is an unwelcoming vibe in the store, however, I try to ignore it the best I can to try and find what I need.

I have always loved shopping at Ronsons & was thrilled when an outlet opened close to me. Not sure if I'll be back though as the "sticker price" in the shoe vanished between me trying it on and paying, I KNOW I was charged $10 more when it came time to pay. When I asked to see the sticker it had mysteriously disappeared.
Honesty is the best policy but I don't think I experienced that today.
