Highly Recommended
We were recently married at Roma's Hospitality Centre and had a spectacular time. We chose Roma's because the decor is beautiful and they were very honest and upfront (no hidden costs). They don't have room dividers. The food was superb, the service was professional and the event coordinators were friendly and helped guide us through the whole process. Our Guests still rave that it was the best wedding ever.
Mediocre
We had our wedding at Roma's Place in July of 2009 and though it is beautiful and the food (we were told) was great, the overall customer service and professionalism of the staff was poor. They were disorganized and fairly rude throughout our wedding day/night and the weeks leading up, we were tossed from representative to representative - no one really having much of a clue who we were or what we wanted.

June 19, 2012Amazing! The food was awesome, and all the staff were extremely helpful. Their DJ's Andrew and Bruce were great. We got a lot of postive feedback from all our guests. They were extremely pleased with the service and overall presentation. So, thank you Roma's for making our wedding day an amazing one!!! Everything was perfect!!!!
