Thank you A S. We continuously strive for 100% satisfaction levels of all of our customers. I am pleased we were able to address your concerns and come to an amicable settlement. We regret that your group fell below the required minimum 10 passengers and as a result, Air Canada Vacations enforced their non-group fares (instead of the originally booked discounted group fares). We are pleased to have been able to find you viable alternatives for your trip and that the issue has now been resolved.
Wedding Review
I posted a previous negative review regarding Romantic Planet Vacations. I have since discussed my concerns with them and we were able to resolve them. Romantic Planet Vacations did not charge and keep 20-30 deposits. To date, we have no pending lawsuits against Romantic Planet Vacations. I do have proof now that we were booked and confirmed with Air Canada Vacations as of 17MAY10.
