My phone stopped working after 20 years....yes that phone that has been around with me through thick and thin. I am giving it 4 stars 'cause they worked so hard in the shop to get it up and running or trying. I do need to get a new phone and I will be back in the next week or so to explore those options as needed.

Went in twice and was helped by Ally. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I wanted to change my phone and he helped me through the process very efficiently.
