Rates zero stars for Fraud !!! My rating>

#Rogers staff, i.e. Manager sold me an insurance policy at $200 for a #SamsungS5Active. Screen glass is broken now they want an additional $200 + 3wks delay to replace glass - a $50 repair materials included. Manager was very specific of the conditions for the $200 `deductible`` : Loss, Theft, or Replacement none of these is basic repair!

This phone may be another bait & switch substandard product. Previously I bought a #SamsungGalaxy, 4 yrs ago from Rogers. It was not the standard model as advertised & could not recieve software updates & stopped running Twitter after less than a year & a 1/2...

I believe this model is also another bait & switch substandard product.The standard model as advertised #Samsung #S5Active is built to US Army spec's & should survive a 4 1/2 ft fall this phone fell less than 3 ft & landed on the corner bumper yet the whole screen glass shattered.

Rogers assured me this was a standard model & not a special Rodgers order at a lower standard! Apparently also untrue!

Rogers is Scamming!!! Don`t pay their insurance buy a #GorillaCase instead !!!

Longsdale Corporate Store Manager offered to refund half of deductible but unwilling &/or unable to put in writing! After so many lies & 1/2 truths from rogers how can I accept another oral statement !?!?!? ( he also said a previous Manger was no longer with them)
