Poor customer service

I wanted to buy wheels and tires. Nobody but the boss Rob was able to serve me. I called twice to try to make an appointment, and dropped in the store twice. The last visit I waited 30 minutes while Rob chatted with another customer on the driveway. I finally gave up and went to see ottawatiresdirect.com and spent my $5,000 there.
