To be quite honest , I have avoided this store for years.
We have renovated 3 homes in 5 years and after spending time at Robinson on the first reno I have made sure never to return.
I totally agree with the other reviews here, they have a great selection but the quality of service is awful.

The team was good but Jared and David are outstanding. my Swarovski fixture had some broken and missing pieces, Jared ordered new ones and David came to the apartment to make sure it was all put together and hung properly. I am thrilled and delighted with their five star service.

First, the pros: they have a lot of inventory in a wide range of styles AND there is free parking out back (register with reception).
