I got exactly the help I needed, felt zero pressure to purchase, and then was given guidance around transferring files that saved me so many headaches. The shop is quaint and the stock is carefully curated so it's easy to find whatever technological solution required, and it's likely to be elegant too.

I live near to Riverdale Mac, so I've used their shop for repairs and advice. I've always been able to resolve my Mac issues with their help, thus sparing me the agony of taking to customer support on the phone. The staff at Riverdale Mac are friendly and provide excellent customer service. And the shop itself is quaint when compared to bigger Apple stores such as the one in the Eaton Centre.
