Needs a lot of upgrades for me to ever look at it again. I stay across the street at the anco and would go there again after staying at riverside everything is old and needs to b replaced or demolished

Clean, clean, clean. A good location to use as base camp. Allowed
boyfriend to use room washroom before checking in was completed. Fast
check-in regardless.

The hot water in shower kept petering out after 20 seconds. Cranking the
hot fixed it. We forgot to tell front desk staff, assuming it was due to
our showers' timing...and that's it.
