The Rimrock is one of Whistler's best restaurants. Try the Caribou! best ever!
"Fresh ingredients beautifully and creatively prepared" make for "delicious" Pacific Northwest dishes that "never disappoint" at this pricey creekside seafooder that's voted No. 1 for Food in Whistler; factor in "gracious" service and a cosy space with "real character", and it's no wonder "locals" deem it an "all-time favourite."
Manager-owner Bob Dawson and chef-owner Rolf Gunther ensure all runs smoothly. Don't miss the selection of oysters, raw with champagne vinaigrette, baked Rockefeller-style, or broiled with a spicy salsa. For an entrée try the excellent Rim Rock Trio of halibut, ahi tuna, and prawns; meat lovers are well taken care of with the mixed grill often featuring lamb, beef tenderloin, and venison. The... more

My husband got the salt & pepper calamari with hummus. His calamari was pretty good. The second course was pan seared scallop with pork belly and that was an incredible appetizer. My husband had a warm mushroom salad that was very flavorful. My... more
This is quite possibly the best restaraunt in North America, all restaurants should be this enjoyable from start to finish.
This is my favorite restaurant in Whistler. Martini's and Oysters to start are a must. The Ahi is to die for!
A Whistler mainstay for over 25 years, this Creekside room focuses on fine ingredients such as oysters, lobster, rack of lamb and salmon. Extensive wine list. $$$. D (daily).
The Rim Rock Café is consistently rated as one of Whistler's top restaurants and fine dining establishments. From fresh seafood such as salmon, sea bass and oyster plates to rack of lamb and steak, the Rim Rock offers fine dining in a casual yet elegant atmosphere. Though slightly off the beaten path, this restaurant offers a menu and wine list that make it worth the short drive away from the... more
