Rick's Carpet & Flooring first opened its doors in 1976 in the paint section at the current site of Home Hardware on 17 Stover Street S in Norwich Ontario. The stock consisted of four half rolls of carpet and many samples. Since that time Rick's Carpet & Flooring has earned a reputation with consumers of offering stock rolls and remnants of carpet and vinyl resulting in efficient service and competitive pricing.
