worth the money
The doctor is honest when he tells you how many treatments you need. If something is not working for you, he will still try his best to fix your skin, and it will work. It may cost you money, but it is worth is at the end. Pheobus Wong is dishonest and will just dish out all your money, usually with no results. This doctor has good results almost all the time. If you get a bad result, you are just unlucky :(
Terrible customer service; expensive treatments for zero results
I had 5 treatments at Reviva Clinic only to be disappointed with zero results after shelling out thousands of dollars. I tried one treatment for a few sessions and it did not work for the acne scarring. So, the doctor recommended a different treatment saying this one would work better. It also did not work. And the main receptionist Fiona provided the WORST customer service. What place hires such an immature, unprofessional teenager like personality who yells at customers telling them they are wrong? I will never go back. Take your money elsewhere. I have been to much better places. I recommend Phoebus Wong, who has great reviews.
