Good Customer service
Went to Zenas after spending a lot of time looking at several different places. Voula was very helpful and we found the perfect bridesmaids dresses..we have ordered them well in advance and hope the experience continues to be as positive as the initial one was.
Hated my experience
I had a horrible experince with this dress store. I completely agree with other reviews that they only care about getting your money. They were very rude to the bridesmaids after their deposists had been paid. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, the ladies in the store would provide round-about answers (avoiding the question). They will not listen to your input, they will try to change your mind about what you want. The bustle on my dress was done improperly - one part was too heavy and was continually coming undone throughout the night - I eventually gave up trying to put the bustle up and just held my train the entire night. These are just some of my many problems with the store.
Terrible Customer Service!!
I would never, ever shop there again. They only added unncecessary headaches, which were compounded in the week before the wedding. Whatever you do, do not buy your dress there. I made the mistake of buying not only my dress there, but also the bridesmaid dress, and mother of the bride and groom got their dresses and accessories there too. They are only interested in getting your money, after they have it they have absolutely no manners.
In my many times in the store before my wedding I saw countless brides that were upset with the dress store, but I thought they must be over-reacting about something silly. I shouldn't have been so naive.

Fabulous service by knowledgeable staff

Soon to be bride.
May 01, 2010I had a great experience shopping for my dress here. I was able to try on a number of dresses. The woman who helped me was very patient and listened to exactly what I wanted. She allowed me to pick out dresses I liked and when I was done only had one suggestion for a dress she thought would be what I was looking for. It was the ONE! It had everything I told her I wanted and I loved it.

Fabulous, great experience
March 25, 2010Thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Zena's i had a great experience finding my perfect wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses. The saleswoman went out of her way to find my perfect wed gown and knew exactly which accessories to put with it for the complete look. Very upset
August 14, 2009they do not care about how the customer is treated just how much they are getting paid. they told us one price then changd it saying we needed more alterations.
