Expensive for average service.
August 11, 2011They are very average. The vet, Dr. Helene Bouchard is very nice but very routine. Not a place where you'd want to leave your pet. The examination is too quick, not much detail and then a huge bill. I don't mind paying extra if I get caring service - this... more

Horrible day staff

The only reason why I didn't give a 1 star rating is because the vet is great here but the technician and the old woman are very snobbish. I found the old woman to be rude, unprofessional and lacked any knowledge when it came to the products. She just passed me off to another receptionist. If that were my practice I would not want that kind of staff representing me.

By far the BEST Vet Clinic I've EVER encountered. Everyone is very professional but still, super FRIENDLY.
