experienced and professional
I have been lucky enough to have known Cecil since the purchase of my first xjs many years ago and have always had my cars serviced at xj motors. I have always recieved quailty and professional service. Cecil is one of the kindest and the most proffesional people I have met.It has always been a pleasure to have my cars serviced there.
Integrity
I have known Cecil for a very long time. He has always taken care of my cars. There isn't another Jaguar specialist in Vancouver who I can trust with my car care. To him, each customer is a unique individual. Personal attention is lavished on me and my vehicle at each visit. They don't make mechanics like him anymore. This is a man and his business are full of integrity.
Experience matters
I was delighted to find a courteous and thoroughly knowledgeable shop that cared for my specialist needs vintage Mark X car; where else would I go? They took good care of me. They were fair and effective, what more needs to be said, thanks
Avoid this maniac!
After driving for 5 hours to vancouver to get my car tuned, cecil wishart (the owner) refused me service because he was told I had used a "threatening" tone of voice with one of his mechanics... I did not do any such thing, and when I told him that, he hung up the phone on me. When I retrieved my car, he told me to f*** off... what kind of car repair shop is this? He either thinks he's a god his customers should worship, or he's just nuts. I'd advise you to find another repair shop!
