Always a good experience
November 18, 2012Just had another regular checkup at Woodcreek, where the friendly and professional staff do a great job making what can be a difficult experience relaxing. I feel like part of a family there -- and I suppose I should, given the fact that I've been a patient of Dr. Hartley for more than 25 years.

October 16, 2012Farren did an excellent job of cleaning and scaling. He was thorough when cleaning and was knowledgeable about my particular needs before I even sat down in the chair. Michelle is always very friendly and easy to talk to. She knows the clinic's clients well and has always made me feel that she takes a genuine interest in my well being.

August 16, 2012Usually the service is really good there but this time I didn't find it that great. The hygienist didn't introduce herself to me so I don't even know who cleaned my teeth. She had problems with taking x-rays. Dr Hartley was running behind so I didn't have an exam. There were 3 girls standing in my daughters room when I got there.
