I purchased my vehicle here and I was treated fairly. The service department is a little trying, but for the most part it does okay.
Service and Parts Great
I should be clear I have not bought a vehicle from these folks but I have had to have minor work done that brought me in touch with their parts department, their service people and also Quick Lube. Everyone has been helpful way beyond the call of duty. Just the other day, I had QuickLube service replace a headlight and I was only charged for the part not the labour. I know where I'll be looking to buy new when it's time!
Pleasant and Helpful Salesperson
Shopping for a new car was a very stressful experience for me. I wanted to buy locally so visited many of the dealerships that had a vehicle that would fit our needs. The pressure from some of the dealerships was immense. The atmosphere at Wood Wheaton won me over.
Great Service!
I bought my new car from Wood Wheaten. I absolutely hate salesmen. If looking to purchase a vehicle I usually shop after hours--to avoid the desperate attempts of a quick sale. My husband talked me into going and having a look at a cobalt at Wood Wheaten. I relented ..and much to my suprIse found the staff at Wood Wheaten to be just fantastic! I never got hassled ..our salsman was down to earth..friendly...and offered a no pressure sales transaction. The finance department was great !

Wood Wheaten Has Horrible service and dont care
I went in for a oil change/maintenance check and summer tire change over. Firstly I was there early for my appointment and they rewarded me with apparently the standard 3 1/2 hour wait.... It normally takes 1 hour and they turned it into 3 1/2 thinking that was ok and standard, not asking me if I need a ride or anything. After the "Pleasant" wait I drove the car home and parked it. The next morning my tire was flat. They didnt seal the bead because they forgot to clean the tire. I call them up they tell me to change the tire myself and bring it in to them to look at the tire. I brought it in thinking I would receive an apology and maybe a complimentary service because how bad they have been. But no I received some scratches and a small dent on my fender instead. WOW thank you Wood Wheaten.
