Can i give no stars? I ordered a table and it came broken. After taking pictures and sending emails and waiting for 1.5 months I finally received a replacement table...which is broken. I just went through taking more pictures and sending more emails. Awaiting resolution on this. For $500 I have two broken tables in my garage and still waiting on word on who is going to come pick these things... more

The product is terrible, the operation is terrible and the service is a nightmare.

For instance, the sofa sectional I purchased took 6 months to arrive (with MUCH hassle), it was supposed to arrive 4 separate times, and it did not. Terrible service.... I should have read more reviews before buying through them... Me and my wife ordered a king size bed through them, the truck that was delivering it to us missed our place in Kamloops and went strait to Calgary. It took 2 weeks to get our mattress and when i got the plastic off i noticed the corners of the box spring were all torn and the felt lining on the bottom was half... more
