the unit was not clean and very dated,stained dirty carpet,table still had not been wiped clean and had residual food stains on it. the unit was dark with little natural lighting. Finally there was an annoying alarm in the parked which was constantly activated and not attended to.

The condo we were in was perfect for our adult family of 6. We were
there for Ironman Canada. The location was perfect, in Upper Village by
Lost Lake. Great for walks, close to town, convenient to Highway 99.

Bad washroom plumbing, with toilet that stopped up repeatedly. Several of the light bulbs were blown out and a couple of lights never turned on. The cutlery was poor grade.

An excellent appartment , one of the best I have stayed in. Well equipped and very warm and comfortable. The property was spacious and had a washing machine, tumble dryer and private garage. Excellent location.

Place was dry and clean. Staff polite with quick (if incomplete)
response to problems.

Someone booked us in the wrong unit (despite my having made extra phone
calls to make sure we had the correct unit). Staff didn't help
resolve consequent bedding issues. Kitchen missing some key things.
Internet didn't work with iPad. I have been to Whistler about 100
times. This was my least satisfactory.

The legs on the murphy bed stuck out in the walkway and were a trip hazard. Also, upon arrival it would have been helpful to know that the key card for the parking garage also was needed to use the elevator.

We stayed there for the 4 nights and we were all happy. Good price, good location, comfortable appartment.
