What? A friendly mechanic who can book you an appointment too? Hells yeah.
Had a wonderful experience with a man named Arthur, who thoroughly explained to me how the clanking noises in my car came about. And proved that Openroad Toyota in Port Moody did a s@!t job with my $250+ routine car "maintenance". I don't know what the hell they were "maintaining" now that I think about it as a car...
