All I can say was wow.... Broke things and repaired nothing. I called them to add a nest thermostat and to run water lines for my fridge. When he arrived he started talking that all this is going to be flat rate. "If it takes them more time to get it I will not have to pay anything extra... yes the jobs are easy but these are the rates." I thought this was ok... but he then went to my furnace... more

My furnace worked fine before this company worked on it. What I called them out for was that the house was out of balance and I wondered if it was the furnace's fault. But, they checked thoroughly and said no, its not your furnace. Your furnace is working fine. There's nothing plugging it, air flow is good, etc. So I wrote down everything he said and his recommendations and he left.

I've got one of those houses. One of those cheaply built a long time ago without an apparent blueprint or even clear plan houses where nothing is standard size and makes contractors click their tongue and shake their head in that universal body language kinda way that screams "this is gonna cost ya". And I needed pretty important work done. Supply me with clean water and take out these pipes... more

Furnance not working

My furnace wasn't working in the middle of the winter. It wouldn't come on consistently. They sent a guy over to look at my furnace. They did a diagnosis and found the problem quickly and had the furnace running again in no time.
