One of my favorite hotels ever

Everything was excellent here - price, location, parking, bus proximity, room, pool, sauna, hot tub, staff - not one bad thing to say - will definitely be staying at this hotel many more times, in the future!

Good room, clean, well laid out and comfortable. Pleasant staff more than willing to help. Cleaning staff did a great job.

Easy check-in with a very pleasant clerk. Found the facilities to be clean, un-aged, and comfortable. Only problem was with the traffic noise. A limited access highway, which is busy 24/7 detracted from the comfort of the room.

The hotel is very clean and well-run. The pool is nice, and I happened to get it all to myself the day I was there. The gym is small but has a treadmill and other basics. The restaurant has good food but I found it a bit pricey. I had a kitchenette room, which was really convenient. A nice hotel at a good price.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is newly renovated and is very, very clean and well-maintained. I had a problem with the snack machine, and the staff refunded my money right away! The rooms are great and very comfortable. Just one note - if you want to open your window for some fresh air, the noise from traffic is a bit loud.

The hotel advertises free Wifi internet in rooms, I was having problems singing into the hotels Wifi, had to stand by the door to be able to connect. Very clean and quiet hotel close to McMaster

This hotel is very clean, well-organized and quiet. The on-site restaurant has good food, although a bit pricey. The room was very comfortable and had lots of amenities (i.e. a safe, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc.). The pool and exercise room were spotless and not crowded. Very nice hotel at edge of Hamilton

Very comfortable and quiet hotel. Pleasant restaurant for breakfast. Staff member was able to provide good directions to function we were attending. The noise of the vehicles rolling by on the 403 was relaxing and hardly noticeably in our room facing the highway.

Easy access to hospital and various amenities

Our circumstances in finding a good clean facility while visiting a loved one in hospital was truly satisfied and we will be certainly staying there again in a few weeks. Thank you for all your hospitality

It looks like a a small motel from the outside, but the rooms are nicer than expected. Location is central but there isn't anything to do in the neighborhood.

Wonderfully Renovated

I stayed here a few years ago and remembered the hotel for its location near Westdale Village in Hamilton. Now I will remember is for being a very attractive and reasonably priced hotel. The facilities (pool, weight room, restaurant) outside the suite were well cared for. Well done!

This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in!! The pool and patio area are spotless! The room itself is a little crowded with all the furniture but it works and is nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

Restaurant not so great.

The room was excellent & very clean. The restaurant however wasn't the greatest. Stale pastries & muffins, only had house wine that wasn't good and not a very interesting menu.

Convenient location.

Room was very clean & comfortable. Although we didn't use it, the pool area looked wonderful. Our stay was short and we were travelling with a young child, so we were not able to use all of the facilities.

Perfect hotel for Hamilton visitors.

This hotel is clean, quiet, well staffed, close to good restaurants and McNair University. Also, just a short walk to Locke street, a cute downtownesque area. The only complaint is that the breakfast was only toast, cereal, yogurt, and pastries, but it was complimentary.

Clean, Comfortable and Inexpensive

I would stay here again. Very comfy bed with four big pillows -- lots of TV channels -- free breakfast. The room was clean and pleasant. You can hear some traffic noise, as this hotel is on Main Street near downtown, but not enough to bother your sleep. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable

stayed for 5 days for a professional visit to Mcmaster. Was only 20 minutes walk from the university. Breakfast is ok, just coffee / juice, muffins, bread, etc, that is included with your stay. Has several dinner options from the restaurant, and a few for vegetarians. room was clean, done daily, and spacious. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel. Good breakfast place just down the street. On a one way, so watch that. We went for a concert at Copps Colluseum and had to take a taxi, but we were told the hotel was also on the direct bus route for those who are brave enough to try that. I would definately stay here again!

I stayed here 2 years ago, and the room and bath is completely different now. Big improvement in lobby as well. For business people, this is an easy hotel in which to get work done. Restaurant still needs work but bed was comfortable and room was greatly improved.

The hotel is basic but the rooms are very generous. They are spacious, clean and well lit. The guests always seemed to be in a good mood. Its location is conveniently on the bus route and close to westdale and several restaurants.

Sleepless in Hamilton

We tried everything from changing rooms (streetside to highway side) to get away from traffic noise to pushing the mattress from the extra bed up against the window to create some makeshift soundproofing. Nothing worked. .. The best solution? Moving to another hotel. Will not return.

Definitely not a four star property

The location of this hotel is very convenient to McMaster University, which is a big plus if you are visiting that institution. The property is clean and the rooms are big. Nice Stay

When staying in Hamilton great value. The staff are very friendly. Good food. Rooms are well keeped. If your looking for a pool it's open till 11pm. Would stay here again. The room I stayed in had a mini kitchen.

Was handy to the theater we were attending and quick drive to the harborfront and a few good restaurants.

Nice local hotel

The hotel is clean, people are friendly, and services are good. It's not a resort, it's not a 5*, but it's a nice place to stay near McMaster and the freeway. Indoor pool and jacuzzi looked nice, exercise room is small but reasonable for a hotel of this size.

Great Place to stay in Hamilton

Stayed there for a week, the rooms were clean, its close to friends I was visiting. The rooms were actually very big, and the beds were very comfortable. I did not eat at the restaurant although the food looked decent from what I could tell. Decent value for the money too, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed in the Jacuzzi suite here over a long weekend in February. The room was huge! This was probably the best thing I could say about the room though. It was definitely in need of a revamp.
