My experience was very uncomfortable .the room was not clean. Poor facilities to stay in.

Great place to stay if traveling with kids

Check in went smoothly, and just as we put our bags down in the room I got a text from reception saying I could communicate with them that way if I didn't want to call. Clean

Pros were the nice bathrooms, clean rooms, cons were the mix up at booking and check-in on the price and still confusion at check-out. It was resolved quickly so that was a plus. This was a nice hotel overall.

Delightful stay

Instead of trying to find a suite with a sofa bed, to accommodate our party of 6, I booked two rooms - which turned out be adjoining, poolside rooms - providing us with the benefit of 4 queen size beds and two washrooms. It was one of the most enjoyable nights we had.

Great Place, great value. Stayed here before and would stay again. Helpful, friendly staff and wonderful large modern rooms. Very clean. Loved the spa like shower in the bathroom. 34th Street Grill had tasty food at decent prices. Made our stay in Brandon a very pleasant one.

You get what you pay for

It's an average inn. Found a deal online on expedia and wasn't aware that customers wouldn't receive breakfast vouchers because of online registration. Was an alright night. The radio located in our room kept going off full volume at the middle of the night. Difficult to adjust. One night was enough.

Perfect for everyone

Very clean and beautiful pool side. Real plants create a warm natural environment simulating a courtyard. Rooms are spacious and dog friendly. The renovated rooms with one king bed have an amazing bathroom with a rainfall shower and side jets. Breakfast coupons are offered everyday of your stay. Clean rooms, comfy beds, watch for false advertising

We stayed at the Vic Inn one night while visiting family. Rooms are clean, modern, beds and pillows are very comfy. There is a sign in the lobby saying "free hot breakfast with EVERY room", but this doesn't apply when booking with Expedia or Hotels.ca.

We stayed at the Victoria Inn for a couple of our grandson's baseball tournaments this summer. We were pleased to find nice furnishings, a large room and a new, very nice bathroom. Clean and Quiet

Staff was helpful and quick when asked for anything. Very accomodating, facility was clean and well laid out. Good location close to key spots in town. Rooms are comfortable, good free parking. I have been to this location in the past and find the service and conditions to be consistent

Clean rooms and Great Hotel for the Family

Hotel is kept very clean! Easy access to all rooms with many doors for outside access W/card swiper for extra security. Restaurant had great food, from the Prime Rib Dinner to the Complimentary Breakfast (anything of the menu). Had a Function for 125+ people in one of the ballrooms and great Lunch.

The front desk employees were very quick and efficient. I was in a newly renovated room which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the new showers were awesome! One of the only downsides is that there is no elevator for the second floor rooms.

Clean and spacious rooms , clean baths with warm floor and a latge LCD tv are the good parts , no bathtub though.

Improving with each visit

Once a run down hotel now a shining star in Brandon. Most rooms have been renovated and the beds are very comfortable. I am puzzled by the decision to buy RV style plastic toilets.

Great hotel closer than some others to all the amenities in Brandon. There is plenty of parking, the rooms are spotless and spacious, the restaurant and bar are great and the staff are very accommodating. The pool in the centre of the hotel looks great (didn't get to enjoy it), and there are plenty of vending machines throughout the hotel.
