Staff are always super helpful. Exchanged a bed frame for a larger size after delivery and they made it a painless process.

Good stuff but the customer service needs some training. They were nice but messed up on a few to many things to keep me coming back. I was in there for about 30 minutes longer than I needed to, to purchase a pillow.

This place is great if you like spending time buying furniture and don't want to splurge. The staff has great positive vibe and is quite helpful. The display space is humongous with 2 floors packed with items. Prices were reasonable and the furniture is geared towards more modern style IMO.

I'm currently obsessed with Urban Barn! To be fair, as a new home owner, I'm obsessed with all home decor stores, but especially Urban Barn.

Every time I go in I find something I love, at a reasonable price. Their bedding is gorgeous, furniture is really nice (haven't purchased anything yet!) and their accessories are fun and original.

I like the selection of home stuff here. The prices aren't outrageous and you can find some cool things on sale. Definitely a fan of this place.

The sales staff are helpful, but at times too much "in your face". Prices are not very competitive, for brand name items, I can get them for 10-15% less at other retailers, which is not amusing since the MSRP is lower than their listing price. Good thing they have trendy design ideas.
Their sales are not very competitive however.

At the beginning of December we selected a dresser and paid in full the amount of $1200+. We were quoted a 2 week delivery window. Helpful Staff - Good Prices

Trendy Furniture, helpful and friendly staff. Wide ranges of custom fabrics. Prices aren't necessarily cheap, but well priced.

A fun store to browse in and they had no problem with me bringing my dog in. I purchased my patio set and my coffee table here. I had to assemble the coffee table, which I don't like at this price range. Lots of interesting stuff. If I had any more space left in my house I'd buy more!

I've never had a bad experience at Urban Barn. I find the staff to be amazing and the furniture selection to be excellent, especially for those who live in smaller sized dwellings in Toronto. Only about half of it appeals to my tastes but I truly think they have something for almost everyone.

This is a pleasant Urban Barn to visit!

Excellent service, a bit quieter so you have room to think and decorate your pad in your head (hate when it's so noisy and crowded that I can't even focus on what colour my shower curtain is!).

I also noticed there were a lot of great sale items when I was there this week!

I had really great luck at this location, and the one at Vaughan Mills. Excellent service, good selection of stuff in various price ranges. We bought a couch and bed here...I'll let you know in a year or two how it holds up....but I think its gonna be good!

I can't comment on service or delivery as I did not make a purchase, but I liked this store. IMHO I would not compare it to Pottery Barn as its stuff is more interesting and better designed. It offers primarily contemporary design with some transitional pieces as well (Bombay, I don't think so, their stuff is repro Regency for the most part).

Urban Barn is a Canadian chain of furniture stores that offer a style somewhere between Ikea and Bombay. Some of their stuff is super modern, but with quality comparable to what you would find at Bombay or a higher-end furniture store. I like this store and have no problem with saying it. Sure it might not offer original Eames chairs or furniture designed by the Bauhaus collective but at least the stuff is livable and stylish.

Urban barn reminds me of Pottery Barns, even the inside of the store does. I'm not sure why... This store has a very mainstream look about it. Furniture in the store are neither here nor there, but I get a sense that I've seen the same stuff somewhere before. It's all modern, but safe modern.

Urban Barn offers modern, well-designed furniture that is made in Canada. I really love my chairs and ottoman. Prices are totally reasonable, too.
