Everything was fine except one really nasty employee (woman) who was very ignorant to myself and my father. Everything else was fine but not sure Id would recomend your place to anyone. One of the best locations I dealt with. They are specialized uHaul location, not some random store with few trucks in the parking lot... They helped me debug my electrical problem with my car too (for trailer purposes)... Great service. I have few closer locations to my house, but don't mind the drive... the service is well worth it.

This facility needs more customer parking for leaving their vechicles when renting and it would be better if there was more spaces.

We were very happy with the service and the hours of service your company provided, and we will use your service again. If you were to change anything maybe you would consider a wooden floor. The metal floor was slippery. The employees we I dealt with are truly an asset to your location and business.

I have rented uhaul trailers before and have never experienced the service I received at this location. I did think it was a bit unprofessional that when the person came to hook up the trailer he was smoking. Do a more thorough job of cleaning snow and ice. My Toyota Yaris had difficulty maneuvering safely over mounds of ice in parking lot.

I can not think of a thing. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. I have rented at this location at least 10 or 12 times in the past 10 years. I shall continue to when needed.

They were very courtious, and very efficent, we were in and out with our rental very fast with the same great service returning. They had lots og moving options. I have now used U haul 3 times in the last 6 months and had great experience.

I was impressed by how quick and easy it was, price was good, staff helpful, easy check in and out - like the recycled denim packing pads too

Incompetent drivers...

I recently rented a cube van from these guys, and let me just say, I am far too incompetent to drive a cube van. I was all over the road, not knowing which lane I was in. I will not rent from this location again.
