Recently had a birthday celebration here. Food was delicious, service excellent, quick and very friendly. A bit costly for each dish and amount of food so I would probably only go for special occasions or sparingly. Wine list extensive with great selection. Recommend for sure

Tzin Shines

Tucked in a corner downtown Tzin is a restaurant we will talk about for a long time. Book ahead as it only has a few tables that are always full. A unique menu had us savouring every bite against a wine list that sparkled. Highest ravings and ratings from these diners!

Tsin Tapas has changed

With the departure of a long-term server. Her replacement is not as convivial, nor as attentive which detracts from the ambiance. In such a tiny restaurant the new server takes up a lot of space in both senses of the word. The owner is as fabulous as ever, excellent at making recommendations and pairing wines.

Fantastic wine bar & restaurant

We highly recommend this little restaurant and wine bar in downtown Edmonton. The food was delicious and the service was warm, friendly and efficient. We were even given complimentary after dinner drinks as we were celebrating an occasion.

The food was fantastic!! Everything that came out of the tiny little kitchen made us want more and more!! (And we ended up ordering over 1/2 the tapas on the menu!)

Bacon!!!

We made a last minute reservation for our anniversary on Canada day after our original plans changed. Wow! We have found our new special occasion restaurant! Everything was perfect! The service was top notch and the food was incredible. We have eaten at some world class restaurants over the years, and I have to say the Bacon was the best thing I have EVER eaten, so good!

It was our second time at Tzin and was as much of a pleasure as last time we went. Every single thing we ordered was delicious and their wine selection/pairing is great! Definitely a great place for tapas lovers who enjoy eating outstanding dishes for hours!

Everything about the food was impeccable. Very pleasing presentation! The menu offers something for all so it makes for great sharing. We were a group of six women and we enjoyed a Saturday evening of fun and good wine at Tsin. The wine menu had an extensive selection however, we were never given a food menu to look at. Great LITTLE place!

This place is tiny so definitely reserve -- well worth the effort to get a table there. The proprietress is very knowledgable and personable. The wines are great and the tapas style share plates are fabulous. Would go here again and again!

My girlfriend and I have been going to Tzin for a few years now, it has always been our favorite place in the city. We had our best night yet at Tzin last week. This place gets better every time we go, and it started out incredible. The staff is amazing, the Chef is spectacular and the Wine list keeps us entertained all night. Reunion extraordinaire!

Three of us met for our annual get together and we couldn't stop talking to even glance at the menu. This was no problem for the Tzin staff. They checked with us about allergies, our likes and dislikes and then the food began to arrive. We ate our way through a fabulous evening visit.

2nd time at Tzin and the food never disappoints. Cant wait to go back. The only reason this didnt get a 5/5 rating is because we got put at the small table meant for 2 people this time, even though there were 4 of us, so it was a bit tight, but you quickly forget about it once the amazing food starts coming.

I enjoyed some great wine and tapas at TZin while in Edmonton on business last week. The scallops were wonderful- tasty, prepared perfectly and a great representation of east coast scallops. The lemon meringue tart was a generous portion and had just the right amount of tartness.

Awesome real fruit bubble tea

The bubble tea at Bubble Buzz is amazing. It is infinitely better than the powder-based teas served in other places downtown. I have tried the young coconut, mango, and honeydew flavours and they are all incredibly good.

I'm a huge bubbletea fan - I've had lots of bubbletea made from both powders and fresh fruit. Hearing that Bubble Buzz specialized in fresh fruit bbt, I deliberately went to try it out...along with the HK style waffles.

I've been missing out on real fruit!

I ventured into the place when it opened couple weeks ago and was greeted by the super friendly owners. As other people have said the bubble tea cost a bit more but your getting real fruit (so make sure you ask whats in season!). The easy way of doing things would be to use powder for their drinks but the fact that they have a menu that is built around seasonal fruit really puts them above... more

wheres the flavour

after reading the great reviews i left super disappointed. i ordered strawberry with mango popping sago and the sago had more flavour than the drink itself. i LOVE the idea of everything being real and fresh, but not at the cost of taste. other bubble tea places have fresh fruit selections that are 20x more flavourful than the ones sold here.

I like that it's different from the other bubble tea Places. Fresh fruit, no powders, and a different (but small) variety of desserts. I really liked it! Although the mango dessert I tried had under cooked tapioca.

Yeah it's expensive but there are good reasons.
