The staff is great, knowledgeable and friendly!
I've been in a few times and have generally been happy. I have found the staff to be friendly and definitely don't pressure. The atmosphere seems pretty relaxed. Turning Point has a pretty large selection of media (DVD, Blu-Ray, LPs, CDs...). Prices are reasonable.

The Turning Point is a nice, little mixed media shop found just off Bank. Their new vinyl section is meager and primarily jazz/soul oriented. Their used section is larger but doesn't turn over that quickly. Their 'new' used vinyl is on the main floor but they have much more upstairs. They also carry a lot of used CDs and DVDs.

This store has one whole floor devoted to lps. You'll find the fairest prices for high quality vinyl. Along with a knowledgeable staff, this store definitely has the most to offer a new or experienced record collector.
