Beautiful location, great for kids

We stayed at the Tulip Inn when attending a lacrosse tournament in Huntsville. The location was perfect for the kids, and ideal for a large group like we were.
There's a large grassy area with gazebo, picnic benches and barbecues where we could prepare and serve team meals. There is also a large field on which the boys played lacrosse...

Little Doxie in tow
June 01, 2014Very nice stay, room was nice and clean, great hot shower. Zelena was nice enough to upgrade us. We were so happy to find such a lovely a place that allows small dogs. We will surely recommend. Had dinner at "3 Guys and a Stove" Tasty, more for "foodies." Breakfast at the "Coffee Cabin" was excellent!!

Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms. Close to downtown and Arrowhead park with the highway just around the corner. Recommended for families but don't forget to bring your own blankets and bed sheets because our room didn't have fresh bedding, you could tell from smell.

We stayed in the cottage a few times and loved the large surrounding area, with campfires until sunrise, being surrounded by trees and good times. When we do not reserve the cottage, the simple rooms do the job well enough....

Few suggestions- for rooms with kitchennet please invest some money and get few new utensils so that the people feel good about it. Please suggest customers with dogs to leash their dogs and have a separate room for them.

August 14, 2012Yes it's just a little strip motel but it's excellent, clean, and very little to complian about. The morning continental breakfast is fairly complete and fresh.
