it was nice room but Expedia screwed up on the booking of type of room and not the hotels fault. When asked for a Jacuzzi room and you get a Jacuzzi tub for one that makes for a very unpleasant romantic night.

There are better Hotels, for less money

Awesome service and hotel

We arrived to this hotel dead tired after a 14 hour drive and Joe at the front desk Immediately got us into a room two hours early so we could sleep before going to the casino for some Poker. The room and bed was excellent as well.

Was in Prince George for a family wedding and stayed at this hotel with other family members. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The fitness center was equipped with modern equipment and air conditioned. Only one dining place on site and was closed for part of my stay.

Not the most extravagant of hotels, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, breakfast bar is average, has all amenities you would need plus a casino attached to the hotel. It is reasonably priced for what you get.

Nice

This was a fun place to stop with kids. The pool with the slide was great for the kids. We had a suite with two bedrooms and a small living room. The rooms were clean and nice. The living room area had stains on floor but overall was clean. Would stay again. Pet friendly.

Staff was nice restaurant was closed

The restaurant was closed and we did not know this until we checked in. Apparently they close over long weekends when the hotel is at full capacity? Our room smelled of stale milk, but the staff was nice.

Probably the nicest place in Prince George with is not saying much. Really your number choice in PG is Sandmand Signature and the Treasure Cove is second but it is also the most expensive. My daughter and I stayed here during her gymnastics competition and it was GREAT! hot tub was perfect, pool and slide were awesome! Arrived late at night, interacted with many staff during our four day visit, without exception, staff were friendly and accommodating. The best free continental breakfast I have encountered-fresh food, crepes and made to order pancakes! Made a difficult visit a real enjoyment.

When I arrived at my hotel staff noted that I did not have a reservation. They could not find my reservation but, I insisted that I did made my reservation only I forgot to bring my confirmation number with me. Luckily they had a room available so I was able to stay at the Treasure Cove.

This hotel was a waste of money, the pool was freezing the room was tiny, there was no microwave....we do a lot of travelling and we got better amenities and nicer rooms for cheaper prices!!

Watch over your belongings

Had one of my items stolen from my luggage. Only realized this after checking out and returning home.
Service overall was good but ranking it as a 2 because of this theft.

Dirty Dirty

Walking down the hall to the room I knew I had made a horrible mistake.
The hallways are dirty and beat up?
the rooms are so dirty we are afraid we got bedbugs.
The whole place is dirty!!!
No staff, and the ones you find are very unhelpful !
Go some where else and do yourself a favour.

Stayed for one night in early September on a business trip. Rooms are a little dated but clean and the fact that it is attached to the casino and has a great restaurant in Ric's Grill makes it one of the better choices in town.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. The smell in the room was intolerable, got better once the AC came on. The bed skirts had brown stains and looked like they had never been washed. Beds arent exactly comfortable. For $175 per night I would not stay here again. At least the bathroom was spotless.

Nice, but No Swimming

Very happy with all. EXCEPT that the swimming pool was usually CLOSED. This is very disappointing, as I am on a motorcycle trip, and I really like to enjoy a swim after driving all day.

nice quiet place

Surprisingly quiet, and a "safer" spot to stay than downtown, room was modern and clean but needed a few touch-ups. Hot tub was lukewarm at best and restaurant service in the casino was very poor. I would stay here again but eat elsewhere.

Good Location

This place as a great location with very secure parking for people with travel trailers. Nice self- serve breakfast area. The restaurant is a little out of line for the type of area this is. Rooms were very comfortable and they were very clean. Good location for shopping downtown or "up-town".

Family friendly

Nice place to stay

nice place to stay for business, or family. Nice breakfast and great childrens pool with walk in shallow area. Great parking with 24 hr security.

Pricey

Hotel is nice, but to pricey for what you get in my opimion. Room was no nicer than any other lower priced hotels that I have stayed in. The breakfast ( included in room cost) was fine. Staff was fine, everything was fine, just to pricey. Also all the chips in the vending machine were outdated. A small thing but, adds to the overall experience.

Interesting Casino, good restaurant

Treasure Cove is a nice hotel. There is an onsite restaurant, Publik which is one of our favorites in PG (aside from the great Indian place at the downtown Ramada).
