Great overnight

Needed somewhere cost-effective for an overnight in Kamloops and stayed at the Travelodge. Clean rooms, excellent customer service and fairly quiet. We didn't end up using the pool, but it looked nice. Everything was very clean.
Breakfast is at a small cafe across the road and we ended up partly paying as the coupon was either for 2 eggs, bacon...

Stayed 4 nights for the Brier

A good inexpensive hotel near Hospital/Downtown

I chose this hotel because it was close to downtown, my friend's home and the AMA rate was reasonable. I was happily surprised that the hotel, despite looking old on the outside has been nicely maintained and updated.

Walking distance to everything
September 13, 2013This is a very clean and well located hotel. The service was very good. While staying there we visited the museums and walked to Victoria St, full of excellent restaurants and heritage homes there and around the area, close to the river and the park. Good breakfast at the diner next door. A typical old town diner with locals.

This is a nice little hotel, clean, comfortable, pleasant desk staff. Located close to downtown, and amenities, including a coffee shop, a block and a half away, along Columbia St.

Nice and clean, and little restaurant was cool

Well we arrived in Kamloops around 7:00 pm, and after an hour of searching we finally found a hotel that had a smoking room available! The customer service was excellent!
Our key didn't work the first time so it was a pain to have to drive back across the street to get new one, there we were told phones kill...

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the a/c unit was working (something essential when staying in Kamloops). There was only a shower (no problem) and there was adequate pressure and hot water. The staff were friendly, helpful and informed about the city.

Room was good but the exterior of the hotel really needs some TLC

Stayed here for 1 night and on arrival the exterior was daunting. It looks unloved and there are maintenance requirements to the structure since you can see cracks in the roof in the area directly above the lobby.
The room itself was very spacious with spotless, comfortable beds and a good bathroom.
