If you purchase from Trail Appliances, I truly hope you never need their service department. When our brand new $6000+ wall oven starting shutting off and showing an error code, we had the unfortunate need to call their "service" dept. The tech looked at it and said we needed a new board. K we brought our 9 yr old Ultraline in for repairs to the sensor that releases the gas for firing. Granted it took a while for parts but we got our unit back, cleaned too. it works as good as new. I have to wonder about some of these posters and think they may be the competition.

The service at this location is appalling. Rude, high pressure sales people and uncompetitive pricing. YMMV.
