I had originally left a negative review but I dealt with someone named Keith today who was beyond amazing. He has truly made everything right and is the model of what a perfect service associate is.

Never ever ever ever bring your car in for service here. You figure that the largest BMW dealership in the GTA would have great service. I mean it's got the pretty design outside and the tower of m3s and the mini dealership in the back.

Took my business here because they have great sales people who are willing to give you their bottomline sales offer with very little hassle.

A decent showroom which is busier than most likely because of a great service record. Not as flashy and accomodating as BMW Toronto but you're likely to get a better deal as the showroom related costs are less.

Overall, the best place to handle your car... more
