All Suites hotel offering fully equipped one and two bedroom suites. Ideal for Corporate travel, tourists & families. Offer very competitive short and long-term rates. Located in downtown Toronto
great for parties/ no one really bothers you/ apartment feel/ full kitchen/ always clean / lots of space/ good for the price
I've experienced much better and this hotel property has experience much better days. The suites are tired looking and the furniture is cheap. The staff at the hotel are doing their best but it's quite clear that the people who manage/run the hotel aren't really interested in sprucing it up or modernizing it.
It's just the little things like, I don't know, the shower not being 100% clean, the...

I was ok with the place. it was kinda cool.
I didnt like hearing a 2nd story about billing at check out. The rep was arguing with me about my rate. It took 20 mnutes to finally get the message loud and clear to him as I was going to get the rate I was told. No one should have to put up a battle and/or have the story change. Thats why their rating on here isnt a 5. Otherwise, I would have given...

Construction was going in the neighbourhood while we were there, which made it a bit tricky to get to the parking garage. However, that is out of the hotel's control. The room was better than expected and we love that it comes with a small kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised that there were two bed, one in the main area and the other in the bedroom. We did have an issue with the heat,... more
Horrible would not recommend...Parking was horrible
A very comfortable place. Restaurants are located close by.
Overall I would adequate. Lacks some of the amenities. the location is awesome.
The kitchen was dirty so was the bathroom. There was lots of weird creepy noises and just did not feel comfortable in the room
We were a total of four people that booked a room with a queen and double bed and a kitchen for one night. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the staff were nice. When we got to our room, we were terribly disappointed. The beds were much smaller than a queen or double as stated in the confirmation email, the bathroom door would not close, the balcony screen almost fell off when we... more
This place was nothing special, however it is affordable, clean and in a stellar location. I chose for the price and location and it was worth the price paid.
We were very disappointed. We paid $220 for the night and expected better. This hotel very run down.
I booked a room here because I needed to stay close to work for a business trip. After seeing the pictures onine, I was expecting to see a cute local boutique hotel. It was the complete opposite. My room had filthy carpet, the sofa was stained, the walls were cracking everywhere, and the room smelled. I'm glad to be home.
The hotel room was extremely run down, kitchenette, heating, closets, bathroom, wallpaper etc...despite the modern furniture and bed linens. The bed cushions weren't clean, smelled like sweat, non functioning bath/shower faucet, toaster broke, ancient credit card method triggered a security freeze on my card...I could go on and on...hotel was booked and everywhere the same so no solutions... more
The hotel shows its age in terms carpeting, squeaky doors where the bathroom door was so tight it did not want to close. Also disappointing was the $14.99 per day fee for wireless internet. That should of been included in the room price. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was okay but I would not recommend it because for the price it should have included things like wireless internet.... more
Hope it's the next building to be demolished. Everything in our room was very old, with furniture stains.
Good location, but felt kinda dirty overall. 2 patrons woke me in an alarming fashion at 4:30 am reporting that a man was passed out outside the door to my room and I should let him in. While I understand the staff are not responsible for client behaviour, when I reported this and asked that security be sent to follow up, my request was met with apathy and not apology. The correct response,... more
I needed a place to stay overnight when my husband had surgery downtown. We found the hotel via Expedia. Price and location were good. The picture of a Junior Suite on-line showed a seating area with a sofa and chair. However, the suite I was given was two bedrooms, no sofa or armchair. Carpeting was old and not well maintained, marked in places, where furniture may have been moved around.
This place was very solid: good room, great front desk people. It's an old apartment building so the rooms are spacious (I had a one bedroom apartment) though a little Spartan in their decorations, etc, which lent a less warm feeling to the room.
The room was filthy. Book it but could not stay there. It was unsafe and unsanitary in my opinion. Renovated room was slightly better, but upgraded to a low standard and still unclean. Needed to find another hotel.
A nice place to stay close enough to the entertainment center of Toronto so you can walk from a bar to the Stay. And still a nice and quiet location so you will have no trouble getting your sleep to be ready for business the next day.
Everything about this hotel was wrong. Advertisement was not true. The filth was unbelievable. Beds were almost impossible to lay in. When you questioned the facts, staff was not interested. So, we paid a greater price with getting nothing for our money and no one cared. Since it was Labor Day weekend, all the other hotels were booked.
This hotel comes across as a good value, and it is for the location. But, the rooms feel so old and dated, as if they have not been updated since the 80s. Scratched floors and walls, uncomfortable beds, water in the shower didn't really get hot, bed is very uncomfortable, sheets are thin and rough, you have to pay $14.95 for wifi access in your room, the door to your balcony has a cheap sliding... more
I stayed at this hotel 8/1-8/4/14 and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Location wise you are very close to the downtown area and restaurants. I stayed here for 2 months and it was great experience. Staff, Housekeeping & Management were very professional, cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. I've stayed in worse, particularly in Europe. Price wise, this is fair for Toronto in the summer (two rooms/two beds including breakfast and parking for $180); is in the midst of the gay district with lots of bistros; and just a short subway ride to museums and theatre district. The staff are pleasant and the area is quiet (major construction... more

I've been staying at the Town since 1994. No, the hotel is not for everybody. Sometimes the room is a bit funky, sometimes it's out of this world. Stayed here two nights, not impressed, whole of the suites need updating, dirty and worn. Air conditioning very poor. Bathroom was a disgrace. Bath had cracks and fillers were used to fill them. Good service. Satisfactory environment. Reasonable cost. Good workout area. Saggy bed. Great space.
Friendly staff, good location, relatively cheap price, and nice accommodations ( though slightly in need of repair, and with some services extra) make it a reasonable place to stay.

The matrass was not very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a TV channel guide rather that searching channel by channel. It was almost impossible to tune the clock radio to a channel and to control the volume. For the... more
Forget the negative reviews you might read about this hotel. The location is close to everything you might want to do or see in Toronto. The staff was friendly and our junior suite was clean and well appointed. For $135. a night, you can't go wrong. Yes, parking is expensive as it is everywhere in TO although I did object to paying $14 a night for Wi-Fi when many hotels offer this for free.
I asked the front desk staff for help and directions on how to get somewhere down town. They wouldn't take the time to help me out
Good service and really helpful management. The wifi is slow and stops working sometimes. However, I enjoyed my stay.
I stayed for one night. Courteous staff. Price was right. The hotel is between at least two construction sites so not peaceful. Room was spotless but spartan - no carpet or rugs and few pictures. No plug for bathtub, which was slightly off-putting anyway because of worn condition. Sliding closet doors have seen better days. More amenities than needed for a one night stay (kitchen with fridge... more
Ovdrall good had only two chairs for four people should have at least 4.
What a nice lobby and hotel from the outside, enter the nice elevator and open the door to your room and let the massive disappointment begin. Try to connect to the wi fi and make sure you got the right room and find out you have to pay $14 for slow WiFi. 2 glasses in the suite, disgusting ice trays, floors so dirty my socks were stained, a tv from 1999, I can go on and on. Nice location, relatively affordable. Hotel rooms need major upgrades. Very friendly staff. We booked a junior suite with a queen and full/double, but got two doubles.
I've beeen a regular guest of the Town Inn suites for over a year, I visit them about twice a month for a couple days. I have never been disappointed with the professional service and the downtown location can't be beat. It's in walking distance to all the amenedies one would want, restaraunts, shopping, entertainment, and transit!
None if the pictures on the web site look like the hotel. the hotel employees were extremely disrespectful and rude, i heard them talking about other guests behind their backs. the first room we were put in looked like a cheap motel room, was dirty and definitely not worth the price we were paying . the toilet wouldn't stop making loud noises so we talked to the front desk and they were very accommodating and put us in a much nicer room which was the type of room I would expect at those prices. even on the 21st floor road noise was obvious, not sure if it was the thin... more

Overall experience was sub-par, but so was the price for suites. Staff was quick enough to respond to needs, and the rooms were clean enough. Also they overbooked their 2-bedroom suites the night I stayed, and I was informed on-arrival... more

This is the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Nothing like the pictures.
Very private suite. Middle of downtown: eateries, and public transportation everywhere!
The hotel lobby and elevators were a little dingy. The room was pretty nice and I liked that it had a couch, tv, dining room table, and kitchenette. The bathroom, however, was very dirty. Missing tiles on the floors, caulking chunks on the interior of the shower, and a very shady shower head to paint the picture. Overall for the price and location I dealt with the bathroom and stiff bed. It's... more
I was completely surprised that this Inn exists in Toronto and soooo close to downtown area. I would recommend this to my friends from overseas who will be visiting Toronto in the near future. My room was immaculately clean and fresh. Thank you.

We booked the 'junior suite' for one adult and two small kids. Small place with somewhat beat-up furnishings, but well priced for one night. Very friendly staff. Awkward corridors and garage access for kids or bulky luggage.
After reading the reviews, I was a bit scared about staying at this place. However, it wasn't all that bad. Service was average and the price for the wifi is just ridiculous. The lobby and hallways were nice. The room however was dirty. Except for the bedroom, the floors were dirty, it looked like the maids wanted to save time and skipped my room. We found a dirty man socks under our bed. Floors are dirty. Very old and ugly. I will never book with them again. Cheep on bathroom supplies. Towels are not clean. Bath tab was very dirty. Balcony was so old dusty and falling apart. Risky.
Where do I start? The cockroach paste all over the kitchen cupboards? The décor? The ceiling falling on me? Let’s start with why I went directly to the kitchen cupboards looking for roaches. The carpet, furniture, stove and fridge were all circa 1979, leading me to believe the place was in need of some TLC. Yep, roach paste in every... more
Overall for its placement, this is a well-priced hotel but being a little too far from downtown (near Bloor), you probably drove there so be sure to factor in the additional $25 per night for a place for your car to sleep.
This was obviously an apartment residence that has been converted to suite rooms. The housekeeper pulled the tub/shower put and... more
In the centre of a vibrant village, the room was much more frightening than the location.
Very disappointed, when we got there, we asked if it was a renovated room. It was not. There was mold, the AC wasn't working, there were gross stains on the couch, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Avoid.
Hotel room looked like an old apartment which they transferred into rooms. Lots of space so many people can stay in the same room. But, further than expected from downtown Toronto (ACC, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, etc). And 27$ for parking per day = ridiculous!
We had seen a few bad reviews before we arrived but did not experience any problems. These are refurbished apartments with kitchens and balconies in a prime downtown location. Staff were nice and so is the indoor pool. We would stay... more
The hotel had an updated lobby, but the 2-bedroom suites(the most expensive rooms in the hotel) were not updated at all. They were very dirty(my socks were black when I went without shoes). A new language should be invented to describe how horrible this place is. I don't know where to begin. There's really nothing positive I can say about his hotel. It didn't appear to have been remodeled since the 70s. The floor was faux wood tiles and had paint on them from the last time they painted.I had to run the hot water in the shower for at least 5 minutes to get any warmth and took showers without running any cold water. The bed would roll on the hard floor a bit and the mattress would bow... more
If you see a good review for this hotel, the reviewer was paid! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I refused to stay in the rooms we were originally given, even though we were going to lose over $450. The floors were beyond filthy - I was terrified for my kids to touch anything in the room. The carpets were gross, stained, and smelled of smoke. The location was not good either as it is... more
Worst hotel, (if you could call it that) I've ever stayed in. Dirty, old converted apartment that should be burned down and rebuilt. Disgusting......... more
I stayed here a while ago and am just getting around to writing the review so part of what I comment on may be moot BUT if you go here and they assign you an older room that has not yet been renovated ask to be changed to a room that looks like what is on the brochure. When I got there late at night and was given a room which reeked of cigarettes and stale booze, I complained and was... more
I stayed here from Thursday to Sunday. It was nice, clean and relatively spacious. I stayed in a queen suite. The kitchen was useful. The accomodations were nice. Swam in the pool twice. Staff was helpful. The internet sucked though. And paying $12 a day for it was not the greatest. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk the Eaton Centre and just a few minutes from Yonge Street. I plan on staying... more
i'm writing this from town inn suites right now!! woo-hoo!
after reading reviews here and elsewhere i was pretty sceeered to come! yelpers had me afraid of noise, rudeness, dirty and decor. but hey, we're doing great. the room is great, the kitchen clean and all around it's a good place for the price - especially if you're here for any length of time and want to save by cooking your own food.

We just needed a place to sleep after a wedding and this place was perfect in price and location. We didn't use the kitchen at all.Pros: clean beds, great location, I had called twice about early check in but upon arrival our room was not ready but the staff were great at rearranging things and getting us checked in right away.Cons: slightly run down, mold/mildew on the surrounding tiles in the... more
This place was the biggest joke. The room was disgusting and smelt like a dirty old apartment which probably what this building use to be at one time. Nothing in the room worked such as the Wifi, shower, hair dryer,tv remote and lamps. I would never recommend this dump to even my worst enemy.
I spent a week here for work in a king-size one-bedroom (free upgrade on checkin). The room has a lot of amenities, like a full kitchen and a TV in the living room and bedroom. It also had a dining room table and a small kitchen table. So a lot of space for just one guy. Unfortunately the first weekend I was there was also Caribana, which meant the hotel was full of drunken party-goers until... more
In an otherwise clean city (Toronto) this place was a dump. Upon arrival I discovered that the wifi wasn't free. There was a lounge in the lobby with free wifi, but the air conditioner ran uncontrollably with temperatures plummeting into the 50's. The room was different. There was no carpet. They opted for some sort of linoleum. A junor suite - but only 1 25" tv. There was a "hole" the size of... more
What a nightmare. Worst stay in a hotel in my life. Had problems accessing the internet took a half hour on the phone with someone I could barely understand. Plus they want to charge to use it. The room was on the second floor. the balcony easily accessible to a thief. The outside screen door was propped open and wouldn't close and the patio door was secured by just a slide latch. No... more
So me and my boyfriend stayed here on a night out on the town, and let's just say I will NEVER be back. Decor was horrible, appliances were BROKEN, and I mean broken. The stove wasn't working when I was trying to heat up my food, neither was the microwave, after we called for someone to fix it, they had taken 45 minutes to get to the room and I was livid. Second, the breakfast wasn't included... more
This hotel was not kept up, the carpets were disgustingly dirty and were no longer attached to the floor. the screen door to the patio was broken. The windows were so dirty you could not see through them. Shower knob was broken. This is a shame because the efficiency suite was a nice idea, and the location was good. There was a nice pool and patio.
the only thing i was dissapointed in was the bed little shaky and deff needs new mattress otherwise it was awsome place to stay
if you are just looking for a roof over your head at night this hotel is ideal no frills but the suite i had offered plenty of room and the desk staff were polite and helpfulon the downside it could do with a lick of paint and it is a little to far from the center of town
Good room, great staff and very well located. Recommend - good value for money.
Wifi for 12 bucks; the breakfast offer is not recommended; rooms are not all the same quality - ask for a better, cleaner, quieter, fresher room.
Some construction while I was there definitely interfered with my ability to do some office work in my room. Elevators were horribly slow. Other than that, no complaints! Great part of town and an incredible value.
I had an absolutely dreadful experience.
Some friends and I stayed here while visiting Toronto over a weekend, and what a mistake it was to book here. We booked a suite over two months ago, and out of nowhere a week before our arrival they called us to say that some theatre group was arriving in Toronto and they would need our suite; they offered us two smaller (and separate) suites. That was...

The hotel is a renovated apartment bldg. I had a one bedroom king suite with full kitchen. The hotel was going through a renovation period. The kitchen water was poor. The room showed its age. At times, one of the three elevators was working. Sometimes, I had to take the stairs.
My room was HORRIBLE. Peeling paint, Nasty Tub, Stained and wrinkled carpet. internet is nearly useless and $12/night. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Room smelled of too much cleaner to cover up other smells. Toilet dripped all night. DO NOT STAY HERE. I unfortunately had to book a room late for a microsoft conference and was charged over $300/night for a room not worth $50.
It was my first time in Toronto and I stayed in Town Inn Suites... the staff were welcoming, the room was very nice and clean.. I had a very pleasant experience. Walking distance to metro station and all major downtown areas. I really enjoyed my stay. Not very luxurious but the price and the location are very good.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never, under any circumstances, stay here. One out of three elevators worked in a hotel of more than 20 floors. Our room smelled of chemicals and filth simultaneously. The carpet was stained, the wallpaper was peeling, there was no hot water, it was noisy, and - best of all - the place was infested with bedbugs. Yes, bedbugs. We checked in at 7:30 pm and fled by 10... more
Personally, I've been here many, many times and enjoyed my visit.
Pros: it's good for a group gather, the suites and big and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, pots&pans and fridge. The bed is nice and comfy. Two tv's, one in living room and one in bedroom.
Cons: The pictures are NOT what they look like on the site, everything is a lot more outdated than it looks, ESPECIALLY the...

Convenient location and large room with full kitchen. Just wish they had a microwave. Within walking distance of many pubs and stores
This apartment hotel has been renovated since the other two negative reviews were posted but it still has some problems:
PROS: The updated decor in the rooms looks good. The one bedroom suites are quite spacious (1401), the decor is contemporary and fresh although the kitchens are still a bit dated circa 1995. My bathroom was starting to show some wear with pealing paint. The bed was very...

The Town Inn Suites have to their advantage their excellent location near Bloor and Church street, making it easy access to any location in the city and the fine restaurants and shops therein. However, be that as it may, I am not sure this place deserves the title "Executive Suites." Granted, the suites are large given that they are old apartment units. Overall they are rather clean, perhaps... more
The hotel was horribly maintained. The room was so dirty I slept in my clothes and they made no effort to do anything about it. If I had been able to find another hotel (which I spent several hours doing) I certainly would have. Another person who was checking out at the same time I was had similar issues and the hotel was equally unaccommodating. I would not send anyone that I care about to... more
A real bargain - great location, large suites, close to University of Toronto and some nightlife.
Thank you so much for all of your care. We plan to make plenty of opportunities this year to come stay again as thanks for your Business & Service.
You have no idea what a great gift your help was to me today. Thank you.
The room was filthy. The wait for the elevator ranged from 3 minutes to 10 minutes. The only positive was its location, which was not that great.
The Town Inn Suites is a decent deal at first glance, but once you consider everything it's probably smarter to spend the extra buck for another hotel. I can't say that they did anything wrong, or that it was unbearable. However, the pricetag steadily increases when you're required to pay for parking, internet, local calls, breakfast, and a number of other amenities that are usually included... more
Town Inn Suites needs some refurbishing, but it is clean and the flats are spacious. My room was also cleaned and the bed made every day. I had a good, firm bed and furnishings were sufficient. Catering facilities - and a convenience store over the road - helped to make my stay inexpensive, but there are restaurants, museums and art galleries in easy walking distance. A lady at reception helped... more
Nice staff, large comfortable room with huge kitchen and dining room table.
Very comfortable and affordable seeing it's location. Close to e retrying and has a kitchen it's like a small cute apartment with a living room. The tv is bad cuz there's iomnly payable programs and Internet is expensive 12$ a day. Great view (17th floor)
“Do not go here! Save your money, this hotel was the worst hotel
I ever went to! staff was really unfriendly and services were horrible, if you are trying to save money this is not the place because they will find a way to rip you off.”
The hotel used to be a kind of run-down apartment building, and lots of shabbiness shows through the extensive renovations. I think they're trying, it's much better than the worst on-line reviews suggest. But I had no shower two nights out of three because of a jammed plumbing fitting. There are little stains, bits of rust and peeling paper everywhere you look. You can do better than this for... more
Located within easy walking distance to the subway. Many small restaurants in vicinity. Balcony overlooking Toronto and Lake Ontario. Room was a bit small and smelled of stale cigarettes, lots of closet space though, and clean. Elevators were slow to arrive (we were on the 23rd floor). For the price however it was a reasonable accommodation in downtown Toronto.
We booked without looking at star rating. Have been staying at 2, 3, or 4 star hotels. After staying at the Town Inn Suites, we expected to discover it was a 1 star! Dirty, smelled like curry, broken outlets are a fire hazard, stained counters, no microwave, 1 bowl, dirty cutlery, no soap, stained and dirty bathroom walls, only one sheet over the cheap springy mattress, lamps that could not... more
A little outdated but clean and comfortable and very convenient. Great king-sized bed. All up great value and a nice place to stay.
I got a lot of space for the money. However, the room above me had patrons who were up and around at 2 AM. Since the rooms are not carpeted I heard everything and called the management.
The hotel is located right at the heart of the city -- close to transportation, restaurants, major museums, alternative arts haunts etc.. It was clean, though a little worn in some respects, but welcoming in that coffee/coffeemaker, microwave, utensils, plates, glasses and cookware were provided. Breakfast was offered for $10 and a continental breakfast was gratis. Across the street was a... more
Even though we had booked a room one month ago, they told us they didn't get the reservation and push us into 1 bed room because the night was fully booked(and one of us had to sleep on an unconfortable sofa bed), turned out that was just their mistake. The stuffs never apologized us. the hotel was old and lots of facilities were broken, you better not to stay at this hotel otherwise it would... more
Just average hotel, it needs an overhaul of infrastructure, TV sets, carpet, furniture, Ac/heat. They were breaking the concretes of old garage area to build new one perhaps and one day it was terribly noisy till 5PM.It gives an impression of a building not designed as a hotel but economic suites or dormitory for college attendees. Being close to subway and lively street of Yonge, where you can... more
They need to be more picky with the cleaning, it smells like humidity, cigarrette, the balcony wasn't clean, and overall was very dirty.
Reasonably priced, decent accommodations in a lively part of Toronto - close to the University of Toronto, good restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping. Very friendly place.... no frills, rooms a bit beaten up, but overall, a good value for the price.
Great location, rooms have been updated, but still need some finishing touches. Water was not always hot, and some tiles missing in bathroom floor area.
1. I made the booking as the online room photographs looked very good. Though on holiday, I had to work and needed the internet. Once we checked in, (2) the beds were good, (3) but the whole room smelt of cigarettes. 4. The air conditioning equipment was old and once we learnt how to work it, (5) was very loud, so loud we could not hear each other. 6. The windows were very dirty, and the (7)... more
I'll stay in a cardboard box next time, if this is the only place available. This hotel is filthy and decrepit, from the concrete floor on the balcony, that's probably been laid by an electrician, to the rusty guard rail that's showing through where the concrete has fallen off. If you get your room cleaned and bed made, be happy. If you get soap and coffee replaced be joyous. If your lucky... more
“We got a room too late. This was satisfactory, but would never book the hotel on my own again. Reasonably clean, location not bad, parking okay, staff great. Not a bad place to stay in a pinch, and we were glad to get it with the lack of rooms available in Toronto at that time.”
Check-in was smooth and friendly, and extending my stay one more day was no problem. The room was very quite large and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and a kitchen. It would be perfect for a longer stay. The decor was drab, mostly gray, so I think it could benefit from some colour. Bed was very comfortable and the general appearance of the entire room was very clean.
I was shocked at how different ıt was from the pictures I saw. The rooms were not clean. Not because of the cleanıng staff, but because it's time to change carpets and stuff... Also there was a really creepy guy at the loby at midnight. He was talking about very inappropriate things and cursing next to my family. Some workers were just nodding along instead of showıng him the door.
I feel bad writting a negative review on this place because the staff was crazy nice. The room however, was terrible. The carpet had tons of stains, the fridge didn't close all the way, there was clearly a smoking room below us and we could smell smoke often and the bathroom was beyond nasty. There were smears of something on the walls and there were pubes on the towels and hair in the bed. We... more
This hotel is Ghetto, there are so many other hotels in the area, do not choose this one. Had to ask for towels, internet did not work well and cost too much per day. Breakfast was not free and what you paid for was not worth it. Matresses were awful and the tv was a 13"
While they've done a good job at renovating what used to be an old high-rise apartment building, it's history is still very obvious. One of these rooms would be great if you were spending a week or more in Toronto and wanted to save money by making your own food, as it has a kitchen with a fridge and an oven, but if you're just looking for a nice weekend in the city to relax, I'd recommend... more
The hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. We were surprised by the value and neatness of the rooms for the price paid. We were very close to the University of Toronto, in town for a tour of the campus, and it was a really close place to stay. There was a grocery right across the street and a kitchen in the unit, so cooking for ourselves was an unexpected bonus in savings for our trip.
Had problems with my reservations for three nights. they wouldnt give me a room until i gave another card besides my discover. Good thing we travelled with his chase. [...] our room had a balcony and kitchen.hotel price wasnt so wonderful. will not be returning seem too much as if i was still in ny not on vacation
Great place to stay if you are not in need of all the typical hotel amenities.
The location was great for doing public transportation. It was only two blocks from a major subway interchange and was one block from lots of food and a drug store. The carpet and furniture were cheap and very worn. The staff was friendly but would often forget to follow through on small requests. Overall, the place was fine and got the big stuff right. It was the small details that makes... more
Not quite the experience I was expecting. The Town Inn Suites has a great location, and they do offer parking ($18 CD/24 hours-which isn't bad for Toronto). The pool was large and clean, though getting to it is a challenge. The staff were overall very polite. I didn't make use of the on-site restaurant. This hotel is in need of a remodel. My room was a queen-bed suite. The room was not dirty,... more
My wife & I were in Toronto to meet up with our son, his family & our relatives. We enjoyed the city's attractions & found that Town Inn Suites was perfectly situated to do so. We did not feel that there were any major shortfalls in the facilities offered. We have not stayed in Toronto prior to this trip.
This is the only hotel that I've ever actually checked into and then left to stay at another hotel. It was truly awful. The neighborhood leaves much to be desired and actually felt unsafe while walking around. Check in staff was pleasant so we decided to go ahead and go up to our room. The hallways on our floor had very worn carpet and scuffs all over the walls. Once we opened the door to... more
