I have been living in Sun Peaks for 8 months now, and this is with out a doubt my favourite cafe. The staff are all so friendly and happy, definitely gives off good vibes as you walk in. I love their fresh food and smoothies, and their sweet crepes are amazing! However I am not a coffee drinker, so I... more
Love the food and atmosphere. The staff is great and I enjoy coming back everytime I'm in town. Definitely recommend this place. The sandwich girl is very nice and friendly and makes great food.
We have spent a lot of time here in Sun Peaks over the last 7 years, and Tod Mountain Cafe has always been our favorite for scrumptious breakfasts and delicious lunches. I am a celiac (wheat and gluten allergy) and I am very impressed at the wide variety of yummy gluten free foods Tod Mountain Cafe has to offer. The... more
Since reopening in November 2013 I have been a regular customer. The service is great, ALL the staff greet me every time I walk in. The Crepes are mouth watering, my favourite the Strawberry Banana and Nutella. The coffee is by far one of the best I have had (and surprisingly from an Aussie!). Overall, I have never had a... more
My wife and I both ordered breakfast wraps and were surprised that they also offer a gluten-free alternative. Not only was the service good and friendly, the food was delicious and flavorful! (unlike a similar café up the block). Highly recommended
Stood in line for 20 minutes for breakfast, told it would take 20 minutes for a crepe. Gave us coffee and tea while we waited. First they were out of drip coffee so gave us an Americana instead. Both came back luke warm, they made us another.
We waited 45 minutes for our food, then it came out cold and...

Highly recommend for breakfast. A huge variety to choose from, and all very fresh and delicious. The staff are delightfull and make for a wonderful atmoshpere. Can’t wait to go back!
I'm trying to eat gluten free, my family is not. At Tod Mtn Cafe there are yummy choices for everyone. Lots of breakfast and lunch options to choose from. I love their Chai tea lattes! During peak season its very because the food is so good. May consider going early to get a seat or ski a bit longer and... more
Best crepes you will ever have! Nutella, banana & strawberry one was a favourite! Staff were always happy and smiles! Yum food!
They had the best coffee on the hill.
Service was friendly and always had time to chat.
Great food especially after a morning of skiing
Highly recommend stopping by
I had breakfast here several times while on a ski holiday at Sun Peaks. My husband said that the coffee was dynamite, and the selection of breakfast crepes and paninis were excellent! We also had lunch here a few times and enjoyed several wonderful hot chocolates...mmmmm!!! I absolutely loved this restaurant, it was the best!
Visited here for coffee and lunch. Great service, pleasant and helpful, the staff really do enjoy their work. Great for Gluten Free. Very knowledgable, complete with Gluten Free Crepes (cooked in a separate area away from their wheat based products too to avoid cross contamination).
So good, we added desert too, and got coffee before we left the following day....

We were recently skiing in Sun Peaks and visited the Tod Mountain Cafe on a regular basis for lunch. The food was fantastic with the crepes and baked potatoes being a huge hit. Very friendly staff as well.
Great place to stop and have a healthy meal, love the choices and gluten free, thank you for making great food and great prices. What a good idea on the baked potatoes.
Stayed in Sun Peaks over the holiday. And we stopped at Tod Mountain cafe a couple of times for excellent coffee and delicious crepes. The kids were satisifed with their nutella crepes and the adults enjoyed there large selection of savory crepes. Super friendly staff made the experience even better! We are looking forward to our next visit to Sun... more
Love this charming cafe - always something for every member of the family, including all the gluten-free crepe options for myself. We frequented the cafe every day of our stay, whether it was for a quick hot chocolate or a meal. The atmosphere was awesome, and the staff super friendly and helpful. We recommend this cafe highly, and want to... more
We have passed by Tod Mountain Cafe so many times, but have never stopped in. After a day of skiing we needed a small meal to tie us over until dinner. We were so pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu. What a nice change to have so many gluten-free and healthy options. Everything was delicious and the staff... more
The crepes were pretty good, the smoothies were nothing special but the restaurant was cozy and charming. Worth paying a visit.
Just eat here when you need something fast.
Fantastic, friendly service and great coffee.
Prices are well worth the value.
Re-decorated since my last visit, and upgrades made to the kitchen area too from what I could see. An expanded menu including hot soups, baked potatoes and the always excellent crepes.
There's better/additional seating and the whole place looks fresh and revitalized. No doubt once the ski season is in full swing it's going to be a busy place to...

Good coffee and crepes at afordable prices...the place is small with few seats inside and outside. The staff is friendly.
We stopped here for a lunch (just a few steps from our hotel, Heffley Inn) and were absolutely delighted. Simple place with rough-hewn wooden tables and chairs. Right on the village main street. We were there in mid-autumn so the menu was a bit limited (I wanted to try their meat pies but they weren't making them that day). Had... more
Not much is open in Sun Peaks in August so be prepared ! This place was adorable, rustic wood tables, log stools, and great food. The coffee and hot chocolate delicious, crepes amazing (skip the Hollandaise sauce) for our family of four. Huge portions - kids could definitely share a crepe. Really good ambiance in a quaint little town.
There is a large variety of crepes. Sandwiches and pies are also available. I loved the lemon and sugar crepes and our daughter loved the nutella, strawberry and banana crepes.
While this little coffee shop meets the basics we were disappointed that fresh eggs were not on the menu. Seems like microwave eggs are the norm on the mountain. Even the crepes were filled with imported fruit - such a shame when local fruits are in season.
Everything tends to be overpriced at resorts, and Sun Peaks is no exception. So I make it my mission to find the deals. Besides cheap fair trade java, Tod Mtn. coffee house also has GREAT crepes and assorted breakfast goodies. Its a really good hang-out with chairs and tables outside.
The coffee house is pretty tiny so you should get there before lunch, especially on the week ends. The crepes were great.Good selection. I had a savoury and a dessert crepe. I was plenty full.Good. until a late dinner. The coffee was good. Choice of a medium or dark blend It was fun looking at all the old trail maps hanging... more
I've had crepes while skiing in France and these were authentic, with even fresher fruit! You can sit outside and enjoy a truly mountain experience!
I got a mocha latte and chocolate chip cookie here in the morning. Cookie didn't seem that fresh and my mocha was barely average. Expected better, but my kid was happy with the cookie.
Inside is very small - there was no available sitting room, which kind of stunk. We were looking to get out of the cold for a...

Our kids love the crepes and hot chocolate and they do pretty good coffees.
This place gets really busy at lunch time so try to get there before that to avoid the line up.
Great crepes, lots of different fillings/toppings. Wish I would have gone there more than once as once I got there I wanted to try several crepes. Fast service but small seating area. Worth the view to eat outside.
I was a little disappointed to see them using already made waffles and pre heat them on the grill. I did not expect to pay so much for reheated waffles.
Nice food and drinks, PRICED RIGHT! Fast service, small place, can get packed, but don't be shy everybody shares the table.
If you love crepes, you'll love Tod Mountain! So many yummy choices, it's hard to decide between the savoury and sweet.
quaint. cute. ecclectic. good food. nice staff. great coffee. like the menu selections. like the outdoor patio in the summertime
This is a very small and interesting coffee and sandwich shop. We didn't stop in for any food at all but only for the coffee. My wife and I had two small Americano's and we picked up a sealed juice for our little girl.
The service was quick and the decore was ok. It was bears and wood and ski...

the informality and the taste of the food are exceptional. People tend to sit with new people and get to chat. It's nice.
I was getting ready to leave the resort and was looking for a quick something to grab and run. Very limited options - the resort was not busy at all - it seems that many businesses either close for the summer or offer very limited services.
I popped into Tod Mountain Coffee House & Creperie and bought a couple of...

We enjoyed the Turkey, pesto, tomato and swiss cheese panini with a bowl of their homemade Thai chicken soup that was absolutely the best I've tasted in a long time. You wouldn't expect such a flavorful savory soup in British Columbia, but it was really good. The crepes for dessert - nutella and strawberry - were ok, but the crepes were... more
was really good when we visited 2 years ago but this time round we went twice and they got the orders wrong both times- as we'd requested no cream or cheese due to allergy but still got whipped cream or cheese.
They did rectify this on both occasions it did result in a delay in food arriving.
Reasonable priced but...

Had "Apple and Cinnamon Crepes" and it was delicious, did I mention huge. This place had the best latte I've had. Service was quick and very friendly. I would highly recommend it.
Overcrowded, noisy, dirty. Just three words used to describe this coffee shop. On a positive note, however, the coffee served was of a good quality. There is much room for improvement.
Stopped in for a hot chocolate and a Chai tea! Best chai I've had! Lovely to sit outside and sip a warm drink while watching the snow fall!
very tasty, quick and easy access. a good place to go!!
Cute place, perfect sized breakfast for skiing. Small but they zip people through.
The coffee is good here but the food is only average. We had crepes three times (between 2 of us) plus other food and were average all three times. We were also surprised that the "all day" egg dish was no available in the evening we were there.
Very good and cute little breakfast spot. Good crepes and breakfast sandwiches.
We had a nice visit to this little cafe in the middle of Sun Peaks. It doesn't have much for seating but if you are going for something quick to grab & go, it would be perfect. We enjoyed their crepes and ham & cheese panini. Very delicious! I would look to go back here on my next visit to... more
I had a bagel and \thai soup Spouse ate chicken crepe.
The soup made the meal. DELICIOUS. Also fine coffee which is fair trade plus. Nice staff... reasonable prices at a mountain resort. small rustic decor.
Undergone a change in ownership October 2013. Renowned for our fresh crépes we are also using fresh food and organic ingredients for other meal choices too. Lunches are mainly home made and there are now baked potatoes available with a choice of toppings.
