A good 3 star hotel with friendly staff

Service Lousy

Several times now I have had horrible service and unmemorable, but high priced meals in the lounge. It's consistently bad. The pool is complicated to get to. The rooms need updating. You can do much better in downtown Edmonton.

The Sutton Place Edmonton was a great choice for its proximity to the Edmonton City Centre complex. It's connected via pedway to the complex, which means you don't have to go outside. I would recommend the the Sutton Place Hotel Edmonton. The location is excellent and the price was definitely right. It is a bare bones hotel - no luxuries at all, but it is clean and relatively new and well-kept. Very good value for money and it met my expectations.
