They tried to overcharge me and ruined my gasket on transmission I had to go somewhere else to get it done right

Dear mister Angel, I have been in the repair industry for thirty years, Please forgive me if after several attempts to tell you your 3 dollar "fix it in a bottle" was not a viable solution for your major engine repair, I may have gotten a little short with you. Called to get an estimate for a costly repair, after receiving estimate I asked another question on their knowledge of a sealant product and whether it could be used to temporarily fix the problem until I was able to afford the price quote they gave me...he laughed like it was stupid question, obviously doesn't want to take my concerns or business seriously.
